International Experience

Our extensive expertise in all aspects of human rights law means this can inform the practice of almost all our other practice areas, including the development of our corporate social responsibility and human rights compliance consultancy service. Our leading fields in relation to human rights law are immigration, police powers, terrorism, social welfare, the extra-territorial application of the ECHR, and unlawful detention cases.
